After 13 years of working in project and organizational leadership roles in business, international development, and the public sector, I've realized that I am at my best working as an organizational guide, defining success and mapping out a path to this goal with and within organizations. The moments I am most proud of throughout my career are those in which I have assisted individuals and teams in developing the skills required to implement a new strategy and steer their team and organization in a new direction.
I draw my energy and enthusiasm from enabling positive, constructive organizational change and growth. I understand the practical barriers to delivering a successful project and implementing long-term change. I have a proven track record of charting a strategic course and providing cross-cultural leadership for multi-national teams.
True pleasure, in my opinion, comes from the moment of discovery, when we discover a new approach to a problem, a new path up a mountain, or a new way of working that unleashes individual and organizational potential.
